In this role, you'll work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to develop comprehensive land development plans, including site planning and design, and infrastructure development. Your expertise in creating detailed designs and specifications will be instrumental in delivering successful projects.
About the Role
- Develop detailed site plans and designs, including land grading and drainage requirements, for commercial and residential building sites.
- Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations for the project, including feasibility studies and cost analyses.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and other design software.
