Job Description
Perform bench tests for electronic products.
Report test results in a concise manner.
Test fixture and wire harness fabrication.
PCBA fabrication and modifications.
Maintain lab, equipment and supplies.
Job Requirements
3 years’ minimum experience in automotive electronics design lab environment.
Associate’s degree preferred.
Ability to use measurement and test equipment (power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
Basic electronics troubleshooting.
Soldering/desoldering components.
Knowledgeable in electrical and electromechanical materials, PCBs and components.
Knowledgeable in high current (up to 500A) and high voltage (up to 1000V) designs.
Knowledge base of automotive standards, OSHA compliance standards and automotive core tools.
Excellent organizational skills, communication proficiency, capable decision making, and problem solving/analysis.
Professional and cooperative demeanor.
Reliable, self-directed and capable of working independently, with the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously and use sound judgment in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Proactive, team-oriented person who can anticipate needs, take initiative with excellent follow-through and require little direction or supervision.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
