Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean surfaces prior to spray foam application.
- Operate and maintain spray foam equipment and tools.
- Apply spray foam insulation according to schematics and project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct quality checks on installed foam to ensure proper coverage and adhesion.
- Assist in the fabrication of components as needed for specific projects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment related to spray foam installation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in HVAC systems and construction practices.
- Familiarity with drywall installation, plastering, and construction painting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate installation processes.
- Experience with construction estimating is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on construction sites.
