Job Description: We are looking for an efficient and organized assistant to help with administrative tasks. Tasks include using web software to input schedules set by managers. Assist field project managers in keeping communication on jobs with customers and employees efficiently. Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate managers. Type and send estimates, based on information and pricing provided by management. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in is a must.
