RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::

Case Farms participates in the E-Verify system and uses tools made available by the federal government to confirm employment eligibility of all team members. - Sets up work area and equipment for vaccination of birds.
- Makes sure the Case Farms Animal Welfare Policy is being followed.
- Makes sure the Case Farms Biosecurity Policy is being followed.
- Properly vaccinate (eye drop, breast shots and wing webs) and handle the birds.
- Washes down all equipment and cleans work area once vaccination is complete.
- Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
- Participates in Company and department safety programs.
- All other duties as assigned.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work with others in a close environment.
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work quickly and multitask
- Use personal protective equipment as required.Â
- Can't own live birds of any kind. Neither house birds or birds kept outside are permitted.

- Exposed to temperatures up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit and humidities up to 100%.Â
- Exposed to chemicals and vaccines to be covered in MSDS training and hazardous communications.Â
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. to a height of 6 feet and push wheeled egg tray carts weighing up to 850 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a wet, damp, dusty (chick down) environment.
- Must be able to use broom, shovel, mop and scrub brushes.
- Frequent stooping and kneeling.
