What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Recruiting Assistant position at Case Farms, LLC?
Under the supervision of the Recruiting Manager, this position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining external job boards, internal postings, and overseeing the candidate disposition process. The Corporate Recruiting Assistant will be responsible for generating reports to ensure that management is updated on the progress of existing job postings.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS :
- Review and create job postings as needed. Approve pending job opportunities for all complexes, ensuring job descriptions reflect Case Farms branding.
- Monitor progress on Case Farms job opportunities making sure that the requisition folders are updated and closed in a timely manner.
- Must actively source candidates from existing job boards to present to hiring Managers on “difficult to fill” positions.
- Attend career fairs, industry expos, and visit Case Farms complexes as requested.
- Generate the internal weekly Recruiting Report and track positions utilizing 3rd party agencies.
- Answer phone calls and manage needs for the Recruitment office. Will be required to answer questions regarding open positions and field calls from internal and external clients.
- Ensures that recruitment campaigns are proactively monitored during the advertising period. Works closely with the Recruitment Manager, Employment Supervisors, and HR Management team to ensure the quality and quantity of received applications is sufficient.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with applicants, staff, managers, and external vendors.
- Responds promptly to queries received through the Recruitment inbox and fields others appropriately.
- All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
- 1 year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources background preferred.
- Must present a professional demeanor, have excellent communication skills and be personable when dealing with internal and external clients.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Candidate must be able to create and work in excel spreadsheets using advanced queries and data analysis formulas.
- Prefer candidates with experience in recruiting platforms such as: iCIMS, Ulti-Pro, Workday, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Overnight travel up to 25% of the time.
- Excellent attendance and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressured situations, meet deadlines, and navigate conflicting timelines.
- MUST have a valid Driver’s license
- This position typically works normal business hours but may occasionally be required to work an extended schedule or weekend.
