What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deli Sales Respresentative position at Case Farms, LLC?
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::
- Work with sales and operation teams to understand and communicate daily operations.
- Manage schedule to cover assigned territory.
- Interact with and train customer deli team members in a retail environment.
- Gather field information and report back to company management.
- Develop and manage training materials.
- Write up customer complaints and distribute them to appropriate personnel.
- Exhibit the highest possible level of customer service to all customers, visitors and prospects.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or commensurate work experience.
- Must be able to travel using public modes of transportation.
- Good personality/ability to interact effectively with customers, customer product managers, Deli personnel, QA managers, R&D staff, etc.
- Compassionate to customers’ needs.
- Exhibit the highest possible level of customer service to all customers, visitors and prospects.
- Detail oriented.
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Ability to Multi-Task.

- Excellent follow through skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, chaotic, constantly changing work environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stretch, walk, reach, twist, bend, grasp, use hands and fingers, handle objects or controls, talk, hear.
- Agility to negotiate around moving machinery and people.
- Physical capabilities required in given department/assigned areas.
- Must be able to move 50 lb chicken boxes.
