OVERVIEW ::

Assesses medical needs of Case Farms Employees and provides first aid or referral as necessary. Maintains federal, state, and Company recordkeeping for OSHA and employees’ compensation. Reviews medical history and completes physical assessments and all required forms. Completes other tasks as needed in compliance with Case Farms policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::
- Functions in the day-to-day operations of the clinic; logs and documents daily interactions with employees and the care provided.
- Conduct pre-hire physical assessments, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry as required.
- May be required to transport people to another health facility on occasion.
- EMT Certified, LPN Certified, or higher nursing qualification, with clearance to work in this state.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Computer skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours.
- The ability to work with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all levels of management.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
- Have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
