RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS ::
- Set up, operate, and maintain two palletization robots to ensure accurate stacking.
- Monitor robot performance to verify boxes are stacked correctly, including proper orientation and alignment.
- Communicate regularly with Maintenance regarding mechanical issues or potential concerns.
- Maintain continuous communication with supervisors and managers to confirm production requirements and adjustments.
- Operate all equipment associated with the 'stack off' line, including the wrapper, ensuring efficient operation.
- Inspect pallets to confirm they are free of damage before use.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and logs related to operations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or machine operation is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a poultry warehouse.

- Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.

- Subject to odors and areas with moderate to extreme levels of noise ranging from 50 dB to 110 dB.
- Ability to consistently work in a cold environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk on concrete for 8-10 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 70 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and stretch as needed.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
