Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal teams
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Write, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Manage legal case files and maintain accurate records using iManage or similar software
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and court hearings
- Prepare legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- File documents with courts and government agencies in a timely manner
- Assist attorneys with finalizing legal documents
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary or similar role is preferred. Min 3 years Litigation experience.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Proficient in using iManage or other document management systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
