Job Duties:
- Invoice Reviews and Processing
- High Volume of Data Entry
- Inputting Invoices for Payment
- Create Invoices for Customers within Applicable Guidelines
- Generate Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports for Staff and for Customers
- Maintain Orderly Accounting Filing System
- Assist with duties from all departments when needed
Additional Duties May Include:
- Weekly Collections/AR’s
- Review and Respond to Invoicing Inquiries as Needed
- Sales Activity Reports
- Issue Reports/Invoices to Customers as Needed
Skills and Qualifications*:
- Minimum of 4 years Bookkeeping/Accounting Experience
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Ability to Troubleshoot and Problem Solve Independently
- Proof Reading and Writing Skills
- Strong attention to Details is Required
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Organization and Time Management
