Located in Southern California, Eisenhower Health is a not-for-profit hospital seeking a RN-Manager Clinical Operations – Case Management Social Services and a Director-Case Management – Case Management Social Services.

  • 10K Sign-On Bonus Offered For Both PositionsJob Objective : Provides leadership for the administration, direction and ongoing development of the Case Management department. Is responsible for ensuring that appropriate utilization of resources is accomplished through efforts that are cost effective, safe, clinically appropriate, and enhance quality of care. Promotes and facilitates appropriate admission status, and facilitates movement through the healthcare continuum by implementing processes that ensure timely and proactive care coordination and discharge planning.   • Relocation AssistanceEisenhower is an equal opportunity employer.RN Case managers must meet the following qualifications : EducationRequired : Bachelor’s degree in NursingPreferred : Master’s Degree in Health Related fieldLicensure / CertificationRequired : CA RN LicenseExperienceRequired : 3 years experience in Case Management field and minimum 3 years previous managerial experienceRequired : Experience in Acute Hospital Case Management fieldPreferred : 5 years in Case Management and 5 years previous managerial experienceSpecialty Skills : Supervisory / management experience, preferable in the area of case managementWell developed organizational and communication skills.Ability to develop and direct all elements of the Case Management process within the hospital system.Knowledge of regulatory, state and federal guidelines pertaining to Case Management processes and continuum of care strategies.Well developed critical thinking and problem solving skillsKnowledge of Case Management and Social Services roles and processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
