Job Overview
- This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a Regional Team, contributing to the company's strategic objectives of revenue growth, market leadership, and quality customer service through the sale of Case Medical products.
Responsibilities
- Call on customer accounts as assigned to aid in exceeding territory sales objectives.
- Develop relationships with Sterile Processing, OR, and other appropriate points of contact within assigned accounts.
- Present the full scope of Case Medical products to customers, educate them with technical and marketing product information, and provide sales collateral.
- Facilitate product demonstrations, installations, in-service activities, and quotes for customer pricing.
- Update internal reporting system, noting all account activities such as appointments, new contacts, and opportunities.
- Respond to customer needs, requirements, and issues in accordance with company policy as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and other general information of interest to customers as assigned.
- Maintain credentials as required by Case Medical and customer accounts.
- Meet annual sales objectives.
Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. in business/marketing or biological/physiological sciences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel domestically by air and car.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in sales, preferably with sterile processing departments or operating rooms.
