Job Overview
- This newly created position will be an essential member of a Regional Team, contributing to the company's strategic objectives of revenue growth, market leadership, and quality customer service through the sale of Case Medical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Aids in exceeding territory sales objectives by calling on customer accounts as assigned.
- Identifies customer champions and develops relationships with Sterile Processing, OR, and other appropriate points of contact within assigned accounts.
- Generates additional sales by presenting the full scope of Case Medical products, educating customers with technical and marketing product information, as well as provided sales collateral.
- Facilitates product demonstrations, installations, in-service activities, and quotes for customer pricing.
- Routinely updates internal reporting system, noting all account activities such as appointments, new contacts, and opportunities.
- Responds to customer needs, requirements, and issues in accordance with company policy as needed.
- Stays abreast of new products and other general information of interest to customers as assigned.
- Maintains credentials as required by Case Medical and customer accounts.
- Achieves annual sales objectives.
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. in business/marketing or biological/physiological sciences.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Windows, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to travel domestically by air and car.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Previous sales experience with sterile processing departments or operating rooms.
