What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Sales Associate position at Case XX - Wusthof Cutlery?
We are now hiring a part time sales associates for our store.
- Needing applicant who is available with open availability.
- Evenings, weekends and holidays are a requirement.
Hours worked will vary according to the time of the year. Need applicants that are available 3 days and up to 5 days in a work week with around 14-20 hours per week.
Applicants must be:
- Dependable, trustworthy and have great customer service skills.
- Must be able to physically stand for your workday.
- Be successful as a sales associate, you should stay up to date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.
- Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service.
Duties include:
- Cash register skills which include to count back the change the old fashion way!
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product knowledge you learn.
- Pricing and displaying merchandise & inventory of merchandise.
- Housekeeping duties of the store on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Working alongside other employees and communicating with management and other employees.
We sell great quality kitchen cutlery brands like Wusthof and Zwilling Henckels. Pocket knife brands like Case, Buck and Benchmade. Cookware from Staub, Zwilling Henckels and Lodge cast iron. As well as some special finds in our store!
