Project Manager Role
At CaseCo, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and excellent project management skills.
About the Role
- Estimate, budget, and create schedules for projects
- Manage the entire project from conception to completion
- Take ownership of every aspect of the project, ensuring adherence to our safety standards and exceeding profit expectations
Responsibilities
- Create and manage project budgets using PROCORE software
- Develop pre-construction packages and conduct productive meetings with owners and subcontractors
- Supervise Assistant Project Managers and maintain effective communication with CASECO Superintendents
- Identify and track long lead time items on the project critical path
- Negotiate and issue subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and subcontractor submittals
- Aggressively close-out projects
- Maintain a complete, current, and accurate set of contract documents
Requirements
- Four-year degree in engineering or construction, or substantial work history with a high level of successful performance
- MS Office experience, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Project management and scheduling software experience, such as MS Project
- Strong aptitude for numbers and financial reports
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills, with good interpersonal skills and communication with all stakeholders
- 4-5 years of experience with commercial building construction
