INTAKE SPECIALIST
Casefolio is looking for a diligent, motivated, highly empathetic, and confident individual to expertly handle intake calls for its Mass Tort intake operation.
MUST RESIDE IN BERNALILLO, SANDOVAL, OR SANTA FE COUNTIES, NM. WE HAVE PLANS TO OPEN A PHYSICAL OFFICE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

What is Mass Tort?
A mass tort case involves a large group of people harmed by the same product or company. Typically, mass torts affect people all across the US. They often involve products that cause direct harm, which creates the opportunity for compensation. They provide efficiency and scaleability to the legal process.
To put it simply: the people you will be speaking to have been harmed or injured by using products or medications. The companies are liable for the harm. The injuries have already occurred. Our goal at Casefolio is to introduce these individuals to legal counsel that can win them compensation.
It is not charity. There is money to be made. But you would be helping to win positive outcomes for individuals that have suffered.
The work itself is very straightforward: Claimants submit through a form. You call them and qualify them by asking questions.
The requirements and opportunities are as follows:
- The ability to communicate in English (bilingual Espanol is a plus!) confidently and clearly. Prior experience in telephone sales or service is preferred, but not required.
- The ability to be honest, patient and empathetic. If you are looking to start a career in sales where your only goal is to make as much money as humanly possible, this job is not for you. If your goal is to be compensated fairly (even quite well) by making sure you do right by individuals and clients who have suffered harm, please apply.
- The ability to adhere to a consistent and reliable schedule, part-time or full-time (both options are available). Schedules can be flexible within reason, but if you do not or cannot show up reliably, this job is not for you and will end quickly. That said, if you show up and work hard, the flexibility is nice.
- A strong work-ethic. You will need to make large volumes of outbound phone calls to achieve strong results. The good news is that the individuals you are calling have requested your call.
- A college degree is not required, but can be considered a plus. This is also a terrific opportunity for those individuals who are currently in college or university.
Salary
OTE after full ramp (~3 months) is around $25-35/hr. This position is 100% commission based. Benefits are not currently available, but likely will be within 12-18 months.
