Job Title: CDL License Holder
Casella Waste Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled CDL License Holder to join our team as a Route Delivery Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for operating a commercial motor vehicle and delivering waste management services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts daily inspections of assigned vehicles to ensure compliance with Casella safety standards and state/federal regulations;
- Delivers exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a courteous and timely manner;
- Follows route assignments and completes end-of-day documentation;
- Assists with backing maneuvers and completes assigned route sheets;
- Participates in ongoing training and learning opportunities to enhance knowledge of the company, products, sales, and services.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid CDL Driver's Class B permit with air brake endorsement;
- Licensed to work in the United States;
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
