Key Responsibilities

The Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient service delivery to customers. They communicate with drivers to resolve issues, coordinate driver utilization, and manage customer requests.

Main Tasks:

• Route Optimization: Assigns routes and services to drivers, maximizing productivity and ensuring prompt service.
• Customer Communication: Handles incoming calls and emails from customer service and sales, managing container movement requests.
• Issue Resolution: Initiates communication with customers, resolves pick-up and delivery issues, and updates Customer Care on service delays.
• Performance Monitoring: Reports driver performance concerns to management and participates in training opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and its products.
