Main Responsibilities
- Assigns routes and services to drivers, maximizing productivity and ensuring prompt service.
- Handles incoming calls and emails from customer service and sales, managing container movement requests.
- Initiates communication with customers, resolves pick-up and delivery issues, and updates Customer Care on service delays.
- Reports driver performance concerns to management and participates in training opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and its products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
