The Customer Acquisition Consultant will play a key role in expanding and maintaining a network of customers within a defined geographic area.
Main Responsibilities

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on Casella products and identify selling opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, drivers, operations, and customer service representatives to ensure safe service procedures.
- Prepare and submit administrative paperwork for customer setup and account changes.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to track progress and set goals.
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing, 3-5 years of sales experience, and relevant certifications are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
