**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Environmental Compliance Intern to join our Permits, Compliance, & Engineering (PC&E) team. As an intern, you will support air/waste/water permitting, engineering construction, and environmental compliance projects by applying engineering principles to prepare technical reports, review engineering designs, collect environmental samples, observe and document field activities, and compile and analyze data.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Field site visits and data collection to produce technical reports, tabulate data, and prepare charts, graphs, and sketches.
- Researching and summarizing environmental regulations and collaborating with facility management to maintain local, state, and federal permits.
- Engineering design, contractor procurement, and construction management meetings and site visits to support successful facility development projects.
- Compiling, organizing, and analyzing engineering and capital construction costs, including third-party contractor and consultant bids.
**Education and Experience:**
The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related degree program, have legal eligibility to work in the US, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel among company facilities.
