As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and taste. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every dish is prepared with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following proper sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling toppings.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Proficiency in kitchen operations, including meal preparation and cooking techniques.
• Experience with knife skills and working in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while maintaining individual accountability.
• Familiarity with dietary department guidelines is a plus but not required.
• Creativity in menu planning and willingness to experiment with new recipes.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
