Casey Auto Group is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to join our team!
The HR Recruiting Coordinator is a professional who completes administrative and recruitment duties for the human resources department. This role will assist the HR department with recruiting, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll and benefits processing, and providing HR support to all employees.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (with one hour lunch).
HR Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Supporting the recruitment and hiring processes by sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews over-the-phone and in-person, managing the applicant tracking system(s), running pre-employment driving records/background checks for applicable positions, and communicating with hiring managers.
- Maintaining current job postings for the company as well as opening and closing positions as needed.
- Researching and attending local job fairs and opportunities related to recruiting.
- Responding to inquiries about currently available positions and providing assistance with the online application process.
- Conducting receptionist phone training for all current and new receptionists/operators company-wide.
- Serving as a backup for payroll, benefits, new hire orientations, and answering phones/assisting customers at the front desk.
- Staying up-to-date on all HR best practices and employment law through seminars, webinars, and other continuing professional education.
HR Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications:
- Passion to learn HR Recruiting Coordinator as well as relevant human resources and administrative duties.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with hiring managers, fellow team members, and prospective employees.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in human resources is a plus.
- Proven experience in recruiting or relevant human resources/administrative experience.
- Computer literacy and ability to learn company software,
- Ability to communicate solutions effectively, professionally, and respectfully.
- Experience with payroll, benefits, and/or Hireology are a plus.
