Casey Lundregan Burns, P.C. is seeking to hire a full-time associate attorney in housing and landlord-tenant law. The successful candidate will join our Housing Team to represent housing authorities in state, federal, and public housing matters, as well as private landlords and tenants in summary process actions. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, communication, research, and negotiation skills . Preference will be given to attorneys with experience in these areas of law, but new lawyers are still encouraged to apply.
This position has the potential for in-office, hybrid, or remote work. Salary is commensurate with experience, with quarterly bonus potential based on hourly goals. Our location is accessible by car and M.B.T.A Commuter Rail. Qualified candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and writing sample.
