Patient Services Representative

Casey Mental Health Collaborative is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to join our team! We have two office locations: Chapel Hill and Raleigh. Dr. Casey is board certified in General/Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as Integrative and Holistic Medicine (ABIHM). Both locations offer medication management as well as therapy services and employ medication providers and therapists.

This position would serve both practices, in-office. The specific day/hours required to be in the offices may change week to week. Individual must be able to commute to both the Chapel Hill and North Raleigh offices.

Responsible for greeting and checking patients in/out, answering incoming calls and high volume of texts ensuring timely and accurate communications with new and established patients as well as internal providers.

Coordinate provider caseloads to ensure patients are being seen in accordance with the cadence agreed upon with the provider.

Provide accurate scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation of patient appointments.

*Good communication skills: verbal, written, listening, interpersonal
*Accuracy with strong attention to detail
*Strong patient care/customer service orientation with ability to demonstrate care and patience
*Positive attitude with ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team setting

Minimum Qualifications:
*High School diploma or G.E.D, required
*1 year of patient service experience, required
*1 year of call-center experience, preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
