Lead Seller/Car Wash Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Seller/Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The Sales Associate is responsible for greeting customers as they arrive and guiding them to the full array of services available that range from a basic wash to a complete detailing job that brings a vehicle as close as possible to new car status. Will assess vehicles for beneficial services and help customers select options such as headlight restoration, wheel cleaning, trim polishing or waxing that are compatible with the customer’s needs, interest and budget. Successful candidates will enjoy customer interaction, have an appreciation for cars and trucks, enjoy working in a team environment and be willing to work hard. We are seeking a full-time person to work regular business hours 5 days per week. Compensation will include incentives for successfully selling Casey’s full-service offerings In addition, in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional car wash services while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness are essential. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
• Ensure windows are cleaned and free of streaks, enhancing the overall appearance of the vehicle.
• Provide additional services such as window tinting and detailing as requested by customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area, including custodial duties to ensure a safe working environment.
• Drive vehicles in and out of the wash area with care, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding services offered.
• Assist in training new staff members on proper car wash techniques and customer service practices.

Pay: $17.02 - $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 48 per week
