As a leader, you play a vital role in creating the fun and helpful store atmosphere that shows Casey's cares for our guests, communities, and each other! This position assists with all aspects of operating a successful Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising and food preparation. The good news is that we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus but if you have the will, we'll teach the skill. The things we look for are:
