The Associate HR Systems Analyst maintains the human resource information systems (HRIS) in support of HR operations and projects, serves as a technical specialist by leveraging system functionality, system dependencies, end user training, and systems documentation, collaborates with team members to ensure data is accurately maintained, and develops and sends communication in regard to system changes, enhancements, and fixes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Point of contact to provide front line assistance for all HR Systems modules for troubleshooting system-related concerns and questions providing and performing ongoing maintenance and support to end users. Maintains the HR Systems support request system, troubleshoots, and remedies issues, and provide timely responses to requests for assistance.
- Executes routine audits and validation to ensure accuracy of data, rectify discrepancies and/or missing data while maintaining discretion in matters of confidentiality.
- Maintain and provide support for existing reports and data bridges ensuring the processes are working and completing in a timely manner.
- Participate in projects by testing, reviewing, and evaluating steps and tasks throughout the project. Identify and escalate any inconsistencies or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends, analyze, create, test, and implement solutions as well as partner to draft and review clear and concise communications, announcements and training documentation as needed.
- Ensure up-to-date documentation of system functions, business processes and capabilities of the HR Systems.
- Partner with HR Systems Analyst to coordinate, develop and contribute to training on HR Systems products and services for end users, and provide day-to-day teammate support and training.
- Assist in gathering audit documentation for internal controls in collaboration with HR Systems leadership.
- Participates in cross functional projects and enhancements with other areas such as benefits, recruiting, compensation, accruals, time, payroll, and core HR. Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with system configuration to drive improvements, effectiveness, and usability.

Compensation:
Starting pay range: SSC 13 / $47,700 - $62,580. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience with human resources functions and concepts.
- Experience with systems and/or process implementation.
- Experience in creating reports using reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools.
- Able to research information and analyze evidence to arrive at valid conclusions and recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical reasoning skills, multitasking, and time management.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect. Must remain highly sensitive to confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred:
- ADP Vantage experience.
Salary : $62,580
