As the Director of Fleet and Facilities Maintenance, you'll lead and plan the operations of our multi-unit fleet and facilities services across the organization. Your role will be pivotal in defining and executing our fleet and facilities maintenance strategy, building relationships with national accounts, and enhancing our fleet design. You'll also develop and maintain effective record-keeping, scheduling, and data collection tools, working closely with internal customers to anticipate and meet our organization's needs.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Strategic Planning : Build and maintain the strategic plan for fleet and facilities maintenance, including vendor strategy and maintenance programs.Negotiate with key suppliers and lead best practices with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all fleet regulatory requirements, industry trends, technology solutions and customer needs. Proactively manage risks and opportunities, ensuringa safe environment and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Budget Management : Lead the development of the annual fleet and facilities budget, including operating and capital spend. Conduct monthly budget variance analysis and cost reconciliations, partnering with senior leadership.
- Team Leadership : Plan, build and lead a strong team of vehicle and facilities maintenance team members.Collaborate with team members on career development and goal setting.
- Vendor Management : Manage vendor relationships and performance across key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery, maintenance performance, and total life cycle cost.

Compensation :
Starting pay range : $151,500 - $216,400.Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity.This position is eligible for annual cash bonuses based on company performance and an annual equity grant in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
