As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you'll support our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer with a variety of administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage calendars and inboxes: Coordinate meeting arrangements and ongoing schedules.
- Make travel arrangements: Handle flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.
- Track expenses and invoices: Reconcile budgets and accruals.
- Support vendor management: Assist the legal team.
- Assist with special projects: Conduct research and prepare slide decks as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- At least four years of experience in executive administration, project management or related field.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Microsoft Suite capability (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adapt to various competing demands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization.
Salary : $62,500 - $82,000
