Our focus is to create world-class experiences for our customers. We're making Cash App and Afterpay the most loved way to pay for buyers and sellers by designing spending tools that are more relatable, instantly available, and universally accessible.Our charter is to design simple, useful, and delightful experiences that maximize trust and expand access to BNPL and pay monthly products. This role demands a dynamic balance : diving into hands-on design for a variety of practical products and mentoring other designers—ranging from expanding access to pay monthly, growing our ecosystem of BNPL products, and integrating solutions within a personalized checkout experience.Our product designers take a product, feature, or experience from ideation to production. This includes vision setting, designing solutions, prototyping, bringing along cross-functional teams, overseeing implementation, and collaborating with other designers, researchers, product managers, analysts, and engineers.This role is available for remote work in the US (West Coast preferred).You Will :
