Overview
The Estimator / Senior Estimator will bid and complete estimates for Heavy Civil and Single Family (subdivision road and utility) infrastructure projects. They have extensive knowledge of Civil construction means / methods, project schedules and costs. The estimator will be a self-starter and possess the ability to meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Prepare bids, select vendors / subcontractors and estimate 'self-performed' crew compositions and production rates.
- Make scope of work determinations and perform quantity take-offs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients.
- 100% detailed understanding of project scope.
- Communicate and collaborate with wide range of individuals, including both Operations and other Estimating team members.
