Sales Associate

Job Description:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact when customers walk in. Your role is to make them feel welcome, understand their needs, and guide them through the process of diagnosing their vehicle’s issues. You’ll work closely with our technicians and ensure every customer gets honest, straightforward service—just like you’d want for your own family.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers warmly and make them feel at home.
• Listen to their concerns, ask the right questions, and help diagnose vehicle issues.
• Clearly explain recommended services and write up repair tickets.
• Communicate honestly and in a way customers can easily understand.
• Work with the team to provide excellent service from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with the same care as in-person interactions.
• Always keep the customer’s best interest in mind—"How would you help them if this were your mom?"

• Some knowledge of cars and the automotive industry is very useful. While prior experience is a plus, we offer on-the-job training to help the right person succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
