What You'll Do:
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers from the initial idea to the final implementation, ensuring their projects are a success, no matter the size.
- Prospect Development: Identify and connect with potential customers, focusing on government contracts, schools, and multi-unit accounts.
- Collaborative Sales Efforts: Partner with our sales, marketing, management, accounting, logistics, and installation/service teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Bid Development: Understand customer objectives to create bids that meet their needs and maximize value.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, attend training conferences, and seek efficiencies to grow profit margins.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Associate or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Background in the food service industry or equipment sales is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective communication via phone and email, attention to detail, and relationship-building abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills required, with strong Excel skills desired.
