Entry Level Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
- Build awareness and drive sales by directly communicating with local consumers and introducing client products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by leveraging product and technology knowledge gained through entry-level training
- Tailor sales solutions to customer needs by understanding their current situation, exploring options, and recommending suitable client offerings
- Analyze the local market to adapt sales and marketing strategies effectively based on consumer preferences and feedback
- Develop expertise in client protocols, products, and engagement parameters through hands-on training in customer service, sales, and marketing
- Collaborate with management and fellow Entry Level Sales Team Members to meet client sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications for the Entry Level Sales Team Member:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, marketing, retail, or business is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with potential customers and drive sales
- A genuine passion for helping customers improve their service experience by presenting relevant solutions

Pay: $40,500.00 - $48,000.00 per year
