Retail Manager Trainee Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales and ensure proper communication of client products and services during presentations to local consumers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product recommendations with professionalism.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ products and services through comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities.
- Offer personalized solutions by understanding customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to share ideas and implement strategies that improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Retail Manager Trainee Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- 1 year(s) of customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred but not required.
