Job description
CashMax has an opening for a Full-time motivated Customer Service Representative for our Texas location. If you are looking to come aboard with a growing company and have opportunities to advance, this is the company for you. The position is responsible for overall store performance, customer service, marketing and collections.
Duties include:
- Possible Travel may be required
- Responsible for his/her center including meeting/exceeding all financial goals and profitability
- Responsible for the collection of all accounts which include: sending past due notices, sending certified letters, field calls, and making phone calls on late accounts
- Responsible for developing marketing and new business through direct mailings, distributing flyers, visiting financial institutions/area businesses and referrals
- Responsible for the proper volume of calls made on a daily basis to ensure store is performing up to company delinquency standards
- Responsible for daily transactions involving: customer service, approval of the new account, bank business, closing delinquent accounts, trial balancing, filing daily Report, daily accounting sheet
- Report any problems of day-to-day operations to District Manager
- Complete the following daily reports: Daily Activity Report, Loan Summary, Maturity By Days Late *Report, Client Promises Report, DBS Report, A/R Summary, Miscellaneous Transaction Report, Bank *Reconciliation Report, End of Day
- The manager responsible for submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to District Manager
- Responsible for daily Banking procedure of pickup and deposit.
- Perform other duties or instructions as assigned

Requirements:
- Must have at least two years experience as a CSR
- Bilingual a PLUS-The ideal candidate will have excellent math skills, an outgoing personality, an exceptional attendance record
- Daily reliable transportation is required for outside marketing, Valid D.L.
- Our employees are pre-scheduled to work 40 hours per week Monday-Saturday with one day off.
