Assistant Store Manager

CashMax has an opening for a Full-time motivated Assistant Store Manger for our Palestine, Texas location. The position is responsible for overall store performance, customer service, marketing and collections.

Duties include:
*Responsible for his/her center including meeting/exceeding all financial goals and profitability
*Responsible for the retention/soft collections of all accounts which include: sending past due notices, sending certified letters, and making phone calls on late accounts
*Responsible for developing marketing and new business through direct mailings, distributing flyers, visiting financial institutions/area businesses and referrals
*Responsible for the proper volume of calls made on a daily basis to ensure store is performing up to company delinquency standards
*Responsible for daily transactions involving: customer service, approval of the new account, bank business, closing delinquent accounts, trial balancing, filing daily Report, daily accounting sheet
*Report any problems of day-to-day operations to District Manager
*Completes all daily reports
*The Assistant Store Manager will assist in submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports to District Manager
*Assists with the responsibility of daily Banking procedure of pickup and deposit.
*Perform other duties or instructions as assigned
*Face to face Customer Service & Building Customer Relationships
*Cash Handling

Requirements:
-Must have at least 3 years experience as a Assistant Store Manager
-Bilingual is a plus

-The ideal candidate will have excellent math skills, sales/service experience, an outgoing personality, and an exceptional attendance record.

-Daily reliable transportation: will need your vehicle daily for required for outside marketing, -Valid Drivers License
-Our employees are pre-scheduled to work 40 hours per week Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week (Tuesday-Thursday)
We are closed on Sundays.

Salary: starting at $15 per hour

Potential Monthly Bonus and Weekly Bonus additional to your base pay.
