Your Role as Assistant Store Manager
As the backbone of our Bedford location, you will drive overall store performance while fostering exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership and dedication will ensure our operations run smoothly and our customers leave with a smile.
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve Financial Excellence: Take charge of meeting and exceeding all financial goals and profitability targets for your center.
- Enhance Customer Relationships: Provide stellar face-to-face customer service and cultivate lasting relationships.
- Streamline Operations: Oversee daily transactions, including account approvals, delinquency management, and precise reporting.
- Drive Retention & Collections: Manage retention and soft collections by sending past due notices, certified letters, and making proactive phone calls.
- Lead Marketing Initiatives: Develop new business through direct mail campaigns, distributing flyers, and engaging with local financial institutions and businesses.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure daily reports, bank procedures, and call volumes align with CashMax’s high standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Assistant Store Manager in a retail or financial environment.
- Skill Set: Excellent math skills, proven sales/service expertise, and a knack for building customer relationships.
- Personality: Outgoing, motivated, and committed with an exceptional attendance record.
- Additional Assets: Bilingual abilities are a plus, and you must have reliable daily transportation (your vehicle is essential for marketing efforts) and a valid driver's license.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Pre-scheduled 40-hour weeks Monday-Saturday with one weekday off (Tuesday-Thursday). Closed on Sundays.
- Compensation: Starting at $16 per hour plus potential for monthly and weekly bonus incentives.
