What You’ll Do

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be the heart and soul of your center, ensuring operational excellence and building strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities include:

• Financial Leadership:
• Assist: Achieve financial goals and profitability targets.
• Retention and accounts receivable, including proactive follow-up calls.
• Marketing & Business Development:
• Assist in driving new business through innovative marketing strategies—direct mail campaigns and forging partnerships with local financial institutions and area businesses.
• Operational Excellence:
• Daily transactions: from customer service and account approvals to bank business, closing delinquent accounts, trial balancing, and reporting.
• Ensure the proper volume calls to meet our stringent accounts receivable standards.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to address operational challenges and optimize performance.
• Team & Customer Engagement:
• Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service, building and maintaining lasting relationships.
• Uphold cash handling and banking procedures to maintain our standards of accuracy and reliability.
• Complete and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure transparent communication and accountability.

• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
• Schedule:

Enjoy a pre-scheduled 40-hour work week (Monday–Saturday, with one weekday off between Tuesday–Thursday). Our location is only open for a half-day on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Bonuses: Potential annual, monthly, weekly, and daily bonuses to reward your hard work and dedication.
