What You’ll Do
As the Store Manager, you will be the heart and soul of your center, ensuring operational excellence and building strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities include:
- Financial Leadership:
- Achieve financial goals and profitability targets.
- Oversee retention and accounts receivable, including proactive follow-up calls.
- Marketing & Business Development:
- Drive new business through innovative marketing strategies—direct mail campaigns and forging partnerships with local financial institutions and area businesses.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage daily transactions: from customer service and account approvals to bank business, closing delinquent accounts, trial balancing, and reporting.
- Ensure the proper volume calls to meet our stringent accounts receivable standards.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to address operational challenges and optimize performance.
- Team & Customer Engagement:
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service, building and maintaining lasting relationships.
- Uphold cash handling and banking procedures to maintain our standards of accuracy and reliability.
- Complete and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure transparent communication and accountability.

- Schedule:
Enjoy a pre-scheduled 40-hour work week (Monday–Saturday, with one weekday off between Tuesday–Thursday). Our location is only open for a half-day on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays.
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: Up to $19.24 per hour
