Responsibilities:

• Create pricing strategies to maximize returns on investments for real estate assets located in Saint Petersburg, FL, US.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investors interested in real estate properties in the local area.
• Establish and maintain lasting relationships with current and potential clients within the real estate sector.
• Ensure all real estate disposition documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the efficiency of real estate asset disposals.
• Prepare and present regular reports detailing sales activities and progress in real estate dispositions.
• Efficiently manage customer information and sales data using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Support additional projects related to real estate dispositions as assigned by the business.

Qualifications:

• To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a valid Real Estate License specific to Saint Petersburg, FL, US.
• Successful candidates will need to possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in real estate sales operations, covering dispositions, acquisitions, and land acquisition, is a must.
