POSITION SUMMARY
The Learning and Engagement Specialist plays a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, and driving initiatives that promote organizational alignment, productivity, and morale. The incumbent will lead the design, development, and execution of training programs for employees and leadership at CASI to support these goals. And they have a deep understanding of employee engagement strategies and a knack for building meaningful connections across all levels of the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Employee Engagement Programs:
Develop, implement, and oversee programs and initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. - Communication & Feedback:
Serve as a liaison between employees and management to ensure open communication. Regularly collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other methods to identify trends and actionable insights. - Training & Development:
Work with HR and leadership to identify, develop and implement training opportunities that support employee growth and career development for both individual contributors and people managers. - Onboarding & Orientation:
Collaborate with HR to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture through engaging onboarding experiences. - Wellness & Work-Life Balance:
Partner with cross-functional teams to promote initiatives that support employee well-being and work-life balance, such as wellness programs, flexible work options, and mental health resources. - Culture Building:
Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and team-building activities that reinforce the company’s core values and promote a cohesive, inclusive workplace. - Metrics & Reporting:
Track and analyze employee engagement metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership on areas for improvement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.
Experience: 3 of experience in employee engagement, training, or related roles.
