Position: Project Scheduler
Department: Facilities
Job Summary: Collaborating with Casino Operations personnel, Summit project managers, vendors, and other consultants to create a Master Project Critical Path Schedule to outline all required milestones, and tasks, and monitor the execution of project timelines. In addition, monitoring and adjusting the baseline with the updates to the Construction Schedule on a routine basis. Responsible for preparing project progress and performance evaluation reports.
Duties and Responsibilities: Consulting with the owner, owner's vendors and project managers, and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks:
1. Leads the successful realization of envisaged project goals.
2. Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system.
3. Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
4. Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
5. Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
6. Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports.
7. Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.
8. Recommending actions to keep projects within budget, and completed on time.
9. Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
10. Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.

Minimum Qualifications:

4. Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
5. Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
6. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP).
2. Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, such as P6 and MS Projects.
