Job Description:
The Casino Bartender is responsible for serving our customers beverages in a timely and courteous manner and witnessing or paying jackpots and to support the Beverage department.
Job Requirements:
- Make and create specialty drinks for the guests.
- May be required to witness or pay a slot jackpot.
- Make change from time to time for guests playing at the bar.
- Use the Info Genesis system, some knowledge of the system a plus.
- Be able to work in unison with assigned cocktail server.
- Maintain composure in a potentially stressful environment.
- Work independently and unsupervised.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Must have previous experience in handling cash.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must successfully complete alcohol certification class.
- Must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have the ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
