Job Description:
The Beverage Supervisor will support the Beverage Department in overseeing daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Work side by side with the department Manager in supervising all Bartender, Barbacks, and Cocktail servers.
- Assist in preparing reports, records, ordering and stocking of products and supplies to support the Beverage department.
- When needed, may be tasked with helping behind the bar serving guests.
- Help oversee with staff scheduling and determining staffing needs when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Highschool diploma/GED.
- Minimum of four years experience working in a casino/bar establishment preferred.
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Must successfully complete the TIPS training class.
- Responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests.
- Must be flexible and able to work weekends.
- Comply with all health codes and regulations.
- Knowledge of casino environment.
- Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service.
- Must have previous experience in handling cash.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
