We’re looking for a welcoming and professional Fine Dining Host/Hostess to join our team at Casino Fandango. In this role, you’ll greet and seat guests, ensure they’re having an exceptional experience, and handle payments at the register with a friendly touch.
We take pride in our positive, team-oriented culture where every guest interaction matters. This position Must be 21 for alcohol service.
Job Requirements:
- Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff.
- Greet and make welcome each guest entering the restaurant.
- Build a rapport with guests while walking them to their tables.
- Accommodate our guests, asking if they prefer a table or booth.
- Ensure that guest seating is rotated between all service stations.
- Highlight with excitement any current wine or other promotion.
- Communicate guest needs to staff/management, i.e. celebrating anniversary and/ or birthdays.
- Communicate guest complaints and compliments to management.
- Evaluate business levels and arrange or cut the floor appropriately.
- Assess any situation that possibly needs immediate upper management attention.
- Thank guests and invite them back upon completion of their visit.
- Answer the telephone to make new reservations and maintain current reservations within procedural guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Some leadership qualities.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- The ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment.
- The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
