Job Requirements:
- Assist in coordinating, implementing, and executing marketing programs, promotions, and special events.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing-related functions for the casino.
- Maintain an accurate schedule of promotions and special events with the ability to communicate marketing information effectively with all related departments to ensure proper and efficient preparation and execution of promotions and events.
- Responsible for developing and distributing rules and regulations for all casino promotions and special events.
- Provide performance analysis against forecast and recommend new promotional concepts and ideas based on previous promotional results.
- Responsible for developing and posting organic social media content including creating a monthly schedule for posts/stories, developing event pages and capturing live content as needed.
- Identify, book and maintain a live entertainment schedule as needed.
- Maintain customer satisfaction survey program including follow-up with departments regarding reviews and comments.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the casino marketing industry to stay informed of new technologies and promotional offers and integrate new ideas as needed.
- Conducts competitor research and analysis to ensure proper positioning in the market.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a Hospitality or Casino setting.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation.
