Job Description:
Our Slot Tech 1 will be responsible for maintaining the slot floor daily. This person will need to be a self-motivated, self-starter that requires little supervision. This is an entry level position, and we will train the right person.
Job Requirements:
- · Clean and maintain various brands of slot machines.
- · Repair and maintain our player tracking system.
- · Help Supervisors with customer disputes.
- · Move slot machines.
- · Convert various brands of slot machines.
- · Always present oneself as a credit to Casino Fandango and encourage others to do the same.
- · Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
- · Maintain an open line of communication with Management.
- · Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors.
- · Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- · Must be 21 years of age or older.
- · High School Diploma and/or GED required.
- · A working knowledge of AC/DC theory a plus.

- · Strong computer skills a plus.
- · Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- · Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- · Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from team members and guests.
- · Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
- · Must have the ability to successfully interact with other team members and management.
- · Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
- · Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

- Must be able to obtain a sheriff’s card from the Carson City branch of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
